Kevin received his B.S. in Computer Science and his B.A. in German at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate his research focused on graphics and networking in games and surgical simulation. For a year he gained experience in the graphics and simulation field by working at Verefi Technologies before starting as a PhD. student at the University of Delaware in 2006. Kevin’s research interests mainly lie in Graphics and Machine Translation.

Kevin’s interests outside of Computer Science include snowboarding, foreign languages, and writing music. He is currently involved in a rock music project found at http://www.blueshiftband.com.
