Curriculum Vitae

James Atlas is a PhD student in the Multi-agent Systems research group in the Computer and Information Sciences Department at the University of Delaware. He received his B.A. in Computer Science from Messiah College in 2001 and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Delaware in 2006. James has been working with Dr. Keith Decker on distributed constraint optimization approaches to multi-agent scheduling. He is also working on applying techniques from this research to improve wireless networking latencies. James will be working with Dr. Michela Taufer and the GCLab during the summer 2008 session on optimization problems for multi-project volunteer computing.
